Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely packed in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup; for smaller decor, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
